We don’t ship internationally. 
Shipping Cost 

  • Standard Shipping  - R100
NUDE is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
NB: Turnover time is 10-20 working days excluding weekends, public holidays and time of delivery once handed to the courier. 
 
Exchanges: 

We operate on a made-to-order basis to reduce waste and ensure each item is crafted especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, however, we’re more than happy to accommodate an exchange if needed. 
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in with the original packaging. 
  • To report damaged items, kindly send an email to us within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photos and providing a detailed description. In cases where damage stems from a manufacturing fault or human error on our part, we are pleased to facilitate an exchange or. However, if damage results from customer negligence, we regret that we cannot accept exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any additional costs that we may incur arranging a return.

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanged for domestic orders (within South Africa). if you would like to change size, or would prefer a different item please email wearnudeclothing@gmail.com
